SEO / SEM high-end fashion e-commerce

Freelance SEO master for fashion site: Looking for an individual to join our high-end fashion e-commerce team on a freelance basis. We are looking to you to optimize a recently launched Magento site, develop and execute SEO/SEM plans, and ultimately drive new traffic to our site. Ideally, you should be based in the Portland, Oregon area. Specialties: ? Digital Strategy, Paid Search, SEM, SEO, Organic Search, Social Strategies. ? Skills and Experience: ?· 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience required, graduate degree a plus ?· 2+ years of experience in organic search engine marketing, agency experience preferred ?· Strong data analytics and strategy background ?· Exceptional oral, written and presentation/communication skills ?- Ability to think strategically and drive solid results to grow the business ?· Visual recognition of HTML/CSS source code ?· Understanding of goal funnels and traffic conversion, components of back end systems ie CMS and search engine functionality and algorithms ?· Ability to understand and make content optimization techniques for SEO ?· Competency with keyword research tools ?· Good understanding of SEO industry, digital marketing, link building?· Working knowledge of front end code tagging hierarchy, third party reporting and analytics platforms, and Google Webmaster Tools ?· Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ?· Ability to successfully manage personal workflow and to achieve on time delivery of projects and reports, to work autonomously and demonstrate self-started qualities, and research SEO issues and formulate solutions ?· Demonstration of resourcefulness, the initiative to participate in advanced projects, and basic professionalism ?· Ability to speak and write clearly and persuasively ?· Client/phone presentations ?· Proactively taking on responsibilities and client deliverables, and exploring the digital space (blogs, forums, webinars, etc)
