I need some help with writing a contract

I am a semi-retired arbitrator, mediator and legal writer with over 30 years of experience in the legal field. I am certified in contract law through Harvard Law School. As an arbitrator and mediator, I preside over cases (Federal and State) involving contract disputes in breach, compliance, interpretation, and performance. That experience has provided a keen understanding of how to draft contracts to convey the intent of the parties to the contract and to have the contract comply with the requirements of the jurisdiction in which it is governed. As a legal writer I have considerable experience in reviewing, evaluating, negotiating and drafting agreements/contracts to include, but not limited to; confidentiality, consulting, employment, franchise, intellectual property, independent contractor, joint venture, lease, master services, non-compete, non-disclosure, partnership, private placement, & SaaS. It appears you need an Independent Contractor Agreement. If selected, I will ask a few questions of you to enable me to submit an initial draft for your review and discussion. Upon your review and any changes or modifications to the initial draft, I will submit the final Agreement for your use. I require a milestone (retainer) of $50 prior to submission of the initial draft with the balance due upon completion of my services. My experience and expertise is an excellent fit for this project.
