Canada - Require Fraud (& other Criminal Activity) Investigator

Require an experienced fraud investigator with in-depth knowledge of Canadian criminal fraud, extortion, harassment, intimidation etc statutes. Must have at least 5 years experience writing reports to submit to RCMP to assist in complex fraud investigations. Investigator must also be well versed in Canadian tort law to identify the myriad of professional and fiduciary breaches committed. All but two offences (telephone calls) were in writing via contract terms, text messages and emails which will be provided for your review. Great care must be taken to prevent or counteract any frivolous libel claims or SLAPP suits the perpetrators may try to silence me with. I know testimony in court is protected, but a “journalistic” approach may be required in reports and pleadings. This project requires the development of five documents: 1) Apparent Vexatious Application or Proceeding (AVAP) - under Alberta Rules of Court R.3.68 to have an Apparently Vexatious Litigant’s (AVL) abusive, and I believe extortive, Statement of Claim (SOC) dismissed with double costs due to the AVL not filing their Affidavit of Records (AOR) for almost eight months after I filed my Statement of Defence (SOD). Three month deadline so they were five months delinquent. 2) Fraud Investigation Report to submit to the ROYAL CANADIAN MOUNTED POLICE (RCMP) and the REAL ESTATE COUNCIL of ALBERTA (RECA) that highlights the indictable offences and professional breaches committed against me. 3) Demand Letter advising perpetrators they are being sued and their conduct has been reported to the RCMP. Based on the abuse I’ve suffered, determine a reasonable settlement figure. 4) Statement of Claim (SOC) highlighting the perpetrators criminal and tortious acts. Development of a remedy section that includes compensation for punitive damages, aggravated damages, physical and psychological harm, monetary losses etc. 5) Statement of Counterclaim to the defendants defence and possible counterclaim. Or another AVAP, depending on how ridiculous their response is. Will be working remotely so reliable Internet connection mandatory.
