I would like to hire a Copywriter

I am not sure why you have opened a project with a budget starts from $750 while you want to pay $500 for this task. Even if you want to hire 23 people you will have to open very small budget project and then hire them for around $25 per bio. I am vastly experienced in doing this type of work. If you assign me all 23 bios, I can do this for you for $400. If you agree with me, you can hire me. I am waiting for your response. Thanks
