E Cards

I am looking for a web site that will allow me/others to upload a picture from their PC and to add it to a set template and email it. It would be helpful to have a number of pictures on file, although I want the ability to allow others to add their own and then send. I am looking for something similar to Yahoo's e-cards, but with the feature to add your own. The sort of idea is to have a picture of yourself to send to someone for their birthday etc. This is very low end, as I am just trying something out. If it were to take off, I dont see this being the next google, so cost is a major factor.
