resx file read and edit from asp.net page using admin

Hi, Editing .resx file at run-time is not the right approach. It should be done differently using database as language resource or using XML. I can change your app behavior to use these methods and can provide the UI interface so that languages can be edited and applied. Please let me know if you are interested and I'll take care rest.
