Remote Access in C#

I need to have a class written in C# that will allow me to have remote access to another computer. It must only utilize ports 80 and/or 443. Rather than the two computers connecting directly to each other, I need a server module accepting multiple computers. Here is another way of describing it: Server Module: Accepts connections as sort of a gateway between Controller Module and Client Module. Client Module: Waiting to be controlled. Controller Module: Begins a session to control the Client Module. You must use Mirror Driver technology for video display. It must be free or open source. The Mirror Driver needs the ability to be installed programatically. I don't need a fancy GUI as that will be designed later. Must work with XP and above. 32 or 64 bit. Must work in SharpDevelop.
