C# NuGet Package for Web Application

I'm in need of a skilled developer who can create a NuGet Package from my existing javascript/html partial components. This NuGet Package will be used for web application development, so experience in this area is a must. My timeline for this project is ASAP, so I need someone who can work quickly and efficiently. If you have experience creating functional NuGet package components from JavaScript, Html, CSS and a CDN, please get in touch with your expectations and estimated timeline. The requirements specifically include utilizing JSInterop and implementing "Disposable" to only run the javascript when required. I have already prepared 10 of the 20 functions in page partials in a Blazor/Razor app using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
