File uploader

We have a small Windows program (I think it's VB but it's irrelevant because we don't have the source code) that uploads files to a server concurrently. More or less it works OK, except when it crashes. The programmer is no longer available so we're going to replace the program and take the chance to make some changes to the UI. The program is simple. First it asks the user to select some values from combo boxes (which originally are filled from XML that are downloaded from an external location), then the user selects some files from their local HD and the program uploads them to a server. Your job - Analyze the current program to see what it does, in detail. This should be simple because you can get the program, the final user is there to assist with questions, and we do have access to the server side code so we can tell you how to get the options XML, where to upload and so on. - Define with the final user how the UI should look like. Right now it's simple and they like it so probably they won't want to change it. - Obviously write the new program (in C#, this is mandatory). - Write decent documentation Now, we understand that this is a bit vague for making a final bid. We will be happy to add milestones as needed. For now, bid as if the project would take 3-4 days. If it turns out to be more we will be OK to adjust the budget. Requirement: We want to work directly with a programmer. Don't bid if you are a project manager or plan to outsource the project somewhere. We don't want that. Bid ONLY if you are a C# programmer willing to work directly with the final user.
