If I'm awarded this project it will be my first on this site. Here's the way I see what you want done: You want a windows forms application with 1 screen. The screen should display and update the system time. There should be a section where you can enter the hour, minute, second and millisecond. When the system time is equal to the entered time, the application should trigger the keyboard shortcut. There should be 3 keyboard shortcuts to select from in a radio button style. I've created numerous windows forms applications during my 7 years of development experience, this task should take me about an hour to complete. Please let me know if you want my help with this.
