Write some Software

The scope of this project is to build a software the will manage our account in a few websites. The software should be developed using Visual Studio 2013, C# and SQL server 2012 and up. We are looking for a talented developer with good reputation on the side. If you have no feedback or an average or low rating, please do not waste your time with this project. Please review the documents and let us know if you have any questions. Please reply saying your are not a bot and that you have reviewed the document. Please submit bids only if you have the time and capability to complete it successfully. The project is broken to 3 milestones, each should be completed within a week, for a total of 3 weeks development time and 1 week of testing.
