Optical Flow Motion Detection

Determine the regions of motion track the optical flow for each region of motion identified. Quantify the amount of motion for each region of motion identified. Use background subtraction if necessary. Application is for measuring motion of still objects (such as a curtain), new person in image and differentiating between them. Preferably using C/ C++/ OpenCV.
