C code needed

Hello. I am expert in C and C++ and I would complete it in several hours and for amount less than $250, but project settings doesn't allow to put bid below $250. Not sure you are willing to pay $250 for it.

I'm happy to use my C programming skills to finish this task, however I will be using proper coding methodologies that are most likely not in this course, seeing the hint/example breaks quite a few right out of the box. The only caveat is that you will read the solution and try to understand it.
