Full Screen Magnifier for Windows (Repost 2)

NOTE: This bid is reposted because I selected someone here and they were not able to complete the project. I will select you if you can show me that you can enlarge the screen (full) and only show one enlarged mouse pointer (not 2 like you get with the sample MS SDK magnification app). ------------------ I would like to create a full screen magnifier like the one on Windows 7 that works in Vista. ## Deliverables I would like to create a full screen magnifier like the one on Windows 7 that works in both Vista and Windows 7, also XP if possible. If should work with Aero, just like the one on Windows 7 with the added feature that the mouse is tracked on center. This, I believe means it should support video hardware acceleration. Should do magnification from 1.25x - 9x in increments of .5 ? Default magnification upon activation should be 2x. Magnification can be controlled via Ctrl-mouse wheel or keyboard with customizable shortcuts. Should have customizable Enable/disable keyboard shortcut. Should live in system tray and not show up in Alt-Tab Should be able to deal with dual monitors by letting user either select that second monitor is used to span desktop (full screen on both) or Full screen on primary screen, but normal mirrored on secondary. ? This would be the default. Should save state of user prefs and current settings. I may want to sell this and would like software key capability. ? Would also like simple upgrade via software, ? check for upgrades weekly If you have access to OS X, look at how that one works, that's basically what I want. ## Platform Windows 7 and Vista
