Looking for a iPhone developer for an Alarm Clock(quickly!!)

I need Someone who is VERY experienced in coding for iPhone application to create a feature rich, nice looking, BUG FREE alarm clock app. THIS NEEDS TO BE A JOB THAT CAN BE COMPLETED QUICKLY*** I prefer someone who already has built this type of app before.
