Animated Messaging App

This app will be an instant messaging app, where it will allow users to type in their message and edit it to make it look fancy, whether it is an animation, or just simply changing the font color and size. In this project I require you to be able to MAKE the app and also create the GRAPHICS for this app. I can perhaps draw out the designs and such, but I would require you to make it on photoshop or some sort.
