I did a couple of design using images taken by a camera. I can help you out to design the schematic as well as layout. First we need to extract the schematic and then layout will be designed. Will deliver design files as well as Gerber files ready for manufacturing. I also have contacts with manufacturers in China so if you are opting for low cost manufacturing then China will be best source to be considered for.
