Take my floor plans and elevations of 5 BR 4 BA house about 3500 sq feet and turn them into permit and build able prints ready to apply for permits and construct. Existing house has two levels and will have three. Rearrangement and structure, electrical, plumbing, and all calculations required by Arlington County Virginia. County had web site for requirements.
