DRAWING AND CALCULATING FLOOR TILE AREAS I require .dwg (and .pdf) files of floor tile layouts for a nursing home project. There are three floors with each floor having a different area and tile layout. Two of these floors have a layout that can be mirrored. Refer to the attached plans with green highlight of the floor areas to be drawn. Scope for each floor as follows:- 1. Define the area for each tile type so the area can be quantified. Provide a breakdown of and the total area tabulation in m2 for all tiles, by floor. 2. Determine and indicate the tile setting out starting point based on the size of tile and the pattern layout. We will select the pattern layout and confirm the tile size before you begin. 3. Provide a hatch/infil that shows the actual tile layout, so that the quantity of actual tiles may be counted from each drawing. 4. Provide a floor tile layout plan in .dwg and .pdf format based on the current drawing files shared with you. Information to be given to you. a) Architectural plan in .dwg b) All tile types, sizes, and indication of the layout pattern (for instance a 3x3m area will be given for you to use as a guide in setting out the tile patterns) c) Feed back at each stage of the process 1. to 4. PLEASE CHECK YOU CAN OPEN THE ATTACHED .DWG FILES BEFORE BIDDING. Please notify us if you cannot access the files.
