CAD detail drawings for commercial roofing projects

Hello: we are a commercial roofing contractor who on occasion needs to provide shop drawings for projects we are working on. We have been using a freelancer for the many years however he has a new full-time position that is too demanding to perform any side work. I have attached a typical sketch & manufacturer's detail that we send him and what he has sent back. It is ideal if we receive files in older .dwg formats so we can tweak as necessary, however pdf can suffice too. We're looking for someone for intermittent projects over the long haul. We might have a 4 hour job, nothing for a few months then 8,4 & 5 hour jobs over a few weeks. Turn around of ± 1-2 weeks is typically ok unless we have a priority (typically minor revisions) when we need something in a few days. Please provide an hourly price as well as some samples of your work. Proficiency with CAD and construction experience are necessary but roofing knowledge is not.
