Building UI popup forms for Entity Framework to SQL application

I have an existing C# solution built as Entity framework 4 against SQL 2008 database. SQL populated via service calls to LinkedIn object model. The app has rudimentary UI developed. I need 1. Create 1 new page - list driven 2. Update 1 page that uses Google Map control, to make it data driven. 3. Create 10 functional interactive popup forms to CRUD data. Solution source and wireframes will be provided. There is no deep LinkedIn experience required, as it is already implemented. However, you need to be able to understand existing implementation.
