Wanted: Personal shopper in BRAZIL

I am interested in buying a Pokèmon card from an online Brazilian store. However, I live in the United States and do not have an address in Brazil or a CPF, so they will not sell to me. So, I need a personal shopper who is living in Brazil and who can buy the card and ship it to me. I will provide you with the website where the card is available. The total cost of the card is R$39.99. The shipping is not explicitly stated, but I will cover shipping costs.
