RUSH - Full CSS templates

This a RUSH project and MUST be completed no later than tomorrow end of day (5 PM Easter Standard time), so we would expect to have a chance for minor revisions before that time. The price we are offering for the work is up to $450 USD. - full CSS layouts for the 4 designs included - column widths, headings etc must be consistent in size between pages where appropriate. - General tags <p> etc must ONLY be used in main content text blocks, all other tags should be custom CSS tags so that our CMS with function correctly - Content blocks within each column must be able to be removed without destroying the layout. (for example: if the event calendar box on “interior?? page is turned off the green text box below it will simply move up) - All left side navigation buttons have rollovers and are the same width, reference “photo gallery?? to see what the rollover states should look like. - The jpgs included show the rollover states in the _roll files and the normal states in the _up files. - Assume that all linkable text will have a rollover (color) - The colored title bars like “photo gallery??, “tickets, shopping, donations?? must also be text based. - On the shop page the center column items like the text block, sub title (“race registration??) must be “blocks?? and be removable as in the left and right column items. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform - On the shop page the item listings (with the photos and text) should be able to expand / contract to allow fewer / more items in the list. - All pages must be able to stretch vertically as content demands - All pages should share a single CSS file and share styles as must as possible with common elements like buttons, headings etc. - Pages must function in all modern browsers (PC & MAC) This site is entirely custom coded and therefore dreamweaver extensions, etc are NOT required We have provided both JPG and PSD version of the 4 templates that we need created.
