Bluetooth Marketing Software - Proximity Marketing

I need to have the BEST proximity marketing software. It must use stable bluetooth drivers, NOT microsoft. It must work on xp & vista. It must also provide a 'Business Card Builder' and 'Appointment Builder' in the program so you can easily create these files in just a couple of clicks. Other files such as wallpapers and images can easily be created using standard graphics software. It must also also recognise different handsets and automatically send the right compatible content to the right handset. For example some LG and Motorola phones can't accept sales cards containing logos. At the click of a button the program will tell you how many messages have been offered, accepted or rejected at any point in time. I would like other special unique features that you can recommend to me to make this program unique. Need a fully finished product that is ready to send out. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
