Four animations of hand-drawn flowcharts and a transformation sequence

I'm seeking an experienced animator to craft four (4) tailored, hand-drawn animations, portraying how to correct prepare a business flowchart, and an automation that converts the flowchart into a document, through compelling line art. This is to illustrate the use and functionality of a new online tool. Key Responsibilities: - Develop four (4) distinct animations illustrating specific flowchart creation and correct/incorrect formats. They should be in a "friendly", simple hand-drawn line art style. Any "text" illustrated on the animations should be representative/stylised text that is non-language specific e.g. scribble style lines to convey the idea of text. - The first animation will focus solely on the depiction of building a simple flow chart that is incomplete. In this, the connector lines between the flow chart elements are in a red colour, and the implication is that the flow chart is not complete. The animation should build these elements progressively from top to bottom. -- The second animation will focus solely on the depiction of building the same simple flow chart that is complete. In this, the connector lines between the flow chart elements are in a red colour, and the implication is that the flow chart is not complete, until the final connection to the end point is made. At that point the connector lines turn green colour, and the implication is that the flow chart is complete and correct and useful for purpose. The animation should build these elements progressively from top to bottom. -- The third animation will focus solely on the depiction of building a more complex flow chart. In this one, one of the steps has two (2) connectors coming from it, each labelled, representing a "decision" / choices. The animation should build these elements progressively from top to bottom. - The fourth and final animation will use the more complex flow chart created in the third animation and feature a transformative sequence where flowchart lines morph into skeletal text on a document with that "text" representing a heading, paragraphs and bullet points. The implication is that the system will automatically convert the flowchart into a detailed documentation. - Note that in all the diagrams, the connector lines should be bezier curves, not straight lines. The attached mockup uses straight lines just to illustrate the concept, but at the end of the attachment is an example screenshot from the real system, to give you an idea of how the flow chart format looks. - The animations should be smooth, to emphasise the idea of "flowing" creation and automatic conversion of the flowchart and document. Candidates should possess strong animation skills, particularly in the hand-drawn style, and have experience or interest in business processes. A fine balance of minimalism and detail is required, as the final animation will transform into a skeleton text. The colour palette should be white background, black / grey (based on the colour listed below) line art. The stylised "text" should be a different shade, for visual interest. The green and red colours referenced above should equivalents of: - black / greyscale colour based on: hsl(240, 3.7%, 15.9%) - green colour: hsl(142.1, 70.6%, 45.3%) - red colour: hsl(349.7, 89.2%, 60.2%) If you propose introducing any other small elements of colour, follow a complementary palette to those colours. Output format: - Export should be done at 4K to allow me to scale it up and down as necessary - It will be displayed as small as 600 x 600 px - MP4 is preferred
