WatchMaker to APK

Good Afternoon, I'm looking for someone who knows how to put together a Watch Face with interactive tap actions. I have already created the design with all the function in WatchMaker Premium for Android but now need someone to transfer all of that to an APK File ready for Play Store distribution. Watch Faces are the simpler form of android development and would be great to hear from anyone willing to do it. This APK needs to be able to be installed without any 3rd Party or other apps directly from the play store. Tasks : 1. Create Watch Face APK 2.
