Upload files to Amazon

We have created an inhouse script that updates our [login to view URL] stock quantites on a realtime bases as well as modifies prices as our competitors change theirs. The application works wonderfully but each each file still needs to be uploaded manually and since the script runs every 10 minutes or so this is not practrtical to continue this way. We require a desktop application written either in VBA, VB.net or [login to view URL] which will use amazon web services to upload these files at predefined intervals. A web based version will be considered if a suitable proposal is recieved. The following is our requirement. 1) Application to look in a specified location (folder) for any .txt files containing a present string (eg [login to view URL] might be uploaded to amazon uk while [login to view URL] might be uploaded to Amazon France) 2)Log into our Amazon account using AWS credentials. 3)Use the "Price & Quantity File" option as choice of report to upload. 4)Once amazon has returned a result of "SUCCESS" rename the original file to contain the date and time the file was uploaded and move to an alternative directory. Please bear in mind that@ a) we use multiple amazon accounts as well as different platforms. For example we have 2 amazon uk accounts, 1 amazon de account, 1 [login to view URL] account etc. b)we must be able to setup new accounts as the need arises thus adding new credentials etc c) the files for different plat forms may be in different directories d) we must be able to set the timer to perform these tasks to a value of our choosing. It is not necessary to write a gui for all the settings etc. A good old fashioned ini or config file will be suitable. This project is rather urgent so only people that have written similar projects (and can provide proof thereof) will be considered.
