IFRAMES AJAX HTML JAVA EBAY DESCRIPTION PROGRAMING

I need someone who has much experience in HTML and AJAX JAVA etc Currently on eBay when i make a change to a listing for example spelling mistake or update something that is the same for many listings, this change needs to be made individually for many other listings and this is time consuming. I want the text/HMTL that is the same between the other ebay descriptions to be stored at a separate locations and called into the description via IFRAME/AJAX/JAVA etc so that updates to the html/content can be edited from one location.
