I'm urgently seeking an experienced accountant familiar with the procedures of filing accounts specifically for a UK-based software development company. My company falls into the small-sized category, with 1-10 employees, and we do not currently use any accounting software. This project requires a detailed-oriented professional who can efficiently handle the task of accounts filing at the UK Company House portal. ### Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in manual bookkeeping, as we have not used any accounting software. - Strong understanding of UK accounting standards and requirements for small businesses. - Experience with filing accounts at the UK Company House portal. - Ability to provide advice on financial management and potential software solutions for future accounting needs. - Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. ### Requirements: - Review financial statements and ensure they are in line with UK regulations. - Prepare and file annual accounts with the UK Company House. - Suggest improvements for financial recording and management. - Provide a brief overview of potential accounting software that could be beneficial for future use.
