Startup External Auditor Required

We are seeking a certified public accountant (CPA) to assist our limited liability company (LLC) in conducting an external audit for our last two fiscal years under US generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS). Our organization is a U.S. based startup, less than 10 employees, and does not have complex financial transactions. We require this audit in order to build more relationships with financial business partners. The successful candidate will have experience in conducting such audits for U.S.-based companies and familiarity with US GAAS. The main responsibilities of this role include reviewing financial statements including balance sheet, related statements of income, changes in stockholders' equity, and cash flows for the last two fiscal years. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and be detail-oriented. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. This is a short project with an estimated duration of 1-2 weeks, as we are aiming to move quickly.
