Project Description: File tax returns for a single-member LLC for starting a new enterprise Skills and Experience: - Expertise in tax preparation and filing for LLCs - Familiarity with the tax laws and regulations for single-member LLCs - Knowledge of the necessary financial documents and information required for filing tax returns for a new enterprise Additional Information: I completed formation of a Wyoming LLC in August this year and need to file annual tax returns with the IRS for the year ending 2023. Note that I am not physically based in the US nor have an active US phone number. I have a means of identification, as well as an EIN. I need an expert in this field to file and submit the tax returns. This is intended to be a long term work with you assisting with both quarterly and annual taxes/returns filing. Note that the LLC is owned by a Nigerian non-resident, and you have to have experience filing for Nigerian non-residents. You would also be required to explain issues with regards to filing taxes outside the US. Regards, Ikenna
