This will help to determine what is an appropriate method for performing the transformation from workbooks to .csv. 2) What format are the invoices in? Are you open to changing you invoice format? depending on how diverse the invoices are and how the data in the Excel would need to be understood for extraction and how complicated that would be 3) What type of validation can be done on the data? Discuss what validation can be done on the data for what can be flagged and how you would like to be notified of errors. 4) Output location of .csv? where would you like the .csv written to? 5) How is it determined what set of Excel worksheets are enumerated to put int he .csv file 6) how often do you want this ran? manual, every hour, week? 7) You mention you want checkpoints to review accuracy? Would be great to discuss and elaborate on. I'd be happy to discuss this with you and then based on that discussion to then give you an updated proposal and the work involved. I do not have experience with ACH banking transactions but it seems like .csv is a set format.
