Aurora to Homeseer script

I need a script that can import the data from a file and import the data to the home automation software 'Homeseer'.
The data is stored in files creating by 'Aurora Monitor', a free program. ([url removed, login to view])
I've attached a sample of this file, which you can see the program will need to read the last result.
The data needs to be imported to devices within homeseer, as the various values.
Homeseer can be downloaded for trial.
