We are a UK based Ltd company. We use Sage Line 50 Accounts. We are not looking to supply the software.
All accounts need to be managed in accordance to the current UK legislation.
We are looking a virtual assistant to perform the following duties:
1. Process monthly sales invoices onto the Sage Line 50 accounts system.
2. Email sales invoice to customers (Approximately 15-20 per month)
3. Process purchase invoices. All purchase invoices will be email. All invoices need to be assigned to the correct nominal code (less than 10 PO per month)
4. Process the Monthly VAT return online
5. Send monthly statement of accounts to customers
6. Send reminder letter to customers exceeding their payment terms
7. Prepare monthly management report & P&L
No online payments are required at this stage but might be considered in the future.
It would be beneficial if you had a good level of spoken English as some customers may need to be called to chase payments.
Ideally we would prefer to have a group of PA so that there is cover for holidays, sickness etc.
Previous experience in UK accounts would be beneficial. References from UK clients may be required.
