A document written up in simple chinese

We require the attached document to be written in simple Chinese (or the most common form of writen Chinese that is read and used in China today). This document is to be emailed out to Chinese so we need it to be easily understood. We need to know that the word translations will be done honestly and no offensive inserting of information. We do have a Word template (which can be emailed am using pdf for this communication). Therefore using the SAME template, the same photos and logos, the same layout, just translate the words. That is replace all the English written words in Chinese in their slots. We are new users to Freelancer and using this as a test case. If Freelancer provide good work, we will take suggestions on how to improve on this document and how to better articulate this information to Chinese people. We also have have more material that requires written translations. However firstly please provide a quote and if able to complete this straightforward task of translating the words on this template to Chinese.
