Communication with professors of Yangon Technological University

We are considering to hire the graduate from Yangon Technological University(YTU). And we posted the project before to communicate with the university office. But we knew that the university office did not take care recruiting. And we had to change the plan. We need the following actions from the selected freelancer. 1) Introduce 3 or more professors of YTU to us. 2) Tell us the contact information of those professors, telephone number, e-mail address and Fax number if available. 3) Explain them our intention to hire the graduate from YTU and we would contact them. We estimate the hours to complete this project within 3 hours. About milestone first milestone is when selecting freelancer and the final milestone is confirming the contact.
