Converting group training courses to on-line training courses (elearning)

The requirement is to take training course materials and convert them into an interactive on-line training course, which will last about 45 minutes. The online training course may have video, basic animation, a questions & answers section after each topic (10 topics per course) as well as a final question and answer questionaire. The person taking the course will be able to do such things as 'electing to take the assessment' if they choose. I am after somone who has done this exercise before and can show me examples of their product. Please advise if you have experience in using Moodle. I have over 100 courses that need to be converted into on-line courses, so this is a substantial amount of work. Can you please quote the approximate cost PER COURSE, as well as your hourly rate.
