COLLECT EMAILS AND CONTACTS OF CHABAD/LUBAVITCH ORGANIZATIONS IN THE USA AND CANADA AND PUT IN EXCEL.

Job Needs: 1. Collect Data Accurately for Contacts for Chabad Lubavitch Organizations using the directory [login to view URL] (USA/Canada Only) 2. Enter the data into excel (All data will be available, except email will not be available from this directory) 3. Once the data is filled in, then begin to search for email addresses online. Procedure: 1. Go on to [[login to view URL]][1] a. WE NEED EVERY SINGLE ORGANIZATION IN USA AND CANADA, PULLED OUT AND PUT ON EXCEL. WE ESTIMATE 3,000 ORGANIZATIONS. 2. Enter all the Chabad Organizations into an excel Spreadsheet (Attached) Phone #'s, Addresses, Titles, People, Web addresses, etc.. 3. Search online to find the email addresses of as many personnel from each organization. a. In many cases, there will be more than 1 email address for each person. b. If you find other contacts for this organization, while you are researching, then please add them too.. 4. When Searching online, there are multiple ways to try and find the emails. a. We recommend: <[login to view URL]> (pick State and then Pick Chabad) c. Search the Persons name, in google, and Organization name and the word "email" OR You will need to find your own system on the best possible way to research this. ACCURATE EMAILS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING. Verify Data for accuracy by searching emails online and looking for a second source to confirm-if possible CRITICAL: SEE NOTES BELOW! ## Deliverables *** Some other Notes: FINAL PRODUCT NEEDED: ALL CHABAD ORGANIZATIONS (USA AND CANADA) FROM [login to view URL] WITH PROPER EMAILS, CONTACTS, PHONE #'S AND VERIFICATION THAT ALL EMAILS ARE PROPER, CORRECT, AND NOT BOUNCED EMAILS. - You must list all Chabad Organizations from the [login to view URL] database (USA and Canada only) - You Must find Emails of these organizations (These emails will be checked for accuracy - Inaacurate Email addresses will not be accepted) - You can search them anyway you want (Find databases, etc..) - The above procedures are only ideas on how to find them. You need to data mine and do what is needed to find the accurate email addresses for these organizations. - The name of these organizations are called: Chabad OR Shluchim Or Chabad Lubavitch *** ONce all emails are found, you must verify them through an email Verification software before submitting them to us.
