Hey, it sounds like you want something like Fifa's ultimate team or at least the team/individual player stat tracking feature similiar to EA sport games. I can offer you my past and ongoing experience with Construct 2 (capabilities for playing on browser to even mobile) to create the system you want. I've developed a framework for simple RPG games in the past using database/variable driven programming. I can use the same methods to build the management function of the game like you're asking.
