ConvertRewrite VisualFoxpro Utility to Work in Windows 8.x/Server2012R2 Environment

I have a small renaming utility written in VisualFoxpro (in 2006) that reads the mp3 files in a folder, calculates some information based on the contents of this folder and then renames the folder according to a user definable template. Works fine, more or less in XP but was never installable on anything more modern. I would like to have the program modified to make it installable/compatible with Win 8.1/2012R2 or alternately rewritten to accomplish the same tasks.

MP3 Folder Renamer show Folder tree and allow browsing to required directory Assuming a folder containing an indeterminate number of mp3 files in addition to other files of indeterminate number and/or type Upon browsing to a folder containing mp3 files determine: (example values shown in brackets) Foldername Total size of all files in directory (415Mb) Total size in Mb of mp3 files(345Mb) Determine total duration of mp3 files (hh:mm) (04:55) Survey bitrates of mp3 files defaulting to most common value (64) Show a list of contained MP3 files with associated bitrates (If no MP3 files are present all fields and actions should be unavailable) Dialog box should show parameter names (foldername, MP3_size, folder_size, MP3_hh_duration, MP3_mm_duration, bitrate, ext_1, Ext_2, Ext_3) associated with surveyed values with values changeable by the user (Ext_1, Ext_2, Ext_3 should show last used values. Allow user to change these items which would remain until new folder is selected from the foldertree. Using format line that allows misc constant character input similar to %%foldername(%%ext_1)(#%%bitrate)(%%MP3_hh_durationh%%MP3_mm_duration)(%%MP3_sizeMb) Show "Preview field" with {newfoldername}-> foldername(ext_1)(#64)(4h55)(345Mb) Upon pressing "Go" button, rename {foldername} to {newfoldername} Or Cancel/Exit Ideally the program could be integrated into the Context/Shell menu in Explorer but at a minimum should allow folders to be "sent" to it via Send To function and allow drag'n drop of folders to a shortcut icon.

Attached is a screencap of the current program - other than having the various windows be resizable I don't see any need to change too much of what already works.
