Hello! I'm Pranav from India. Seems like you've described the project fairly well, and the work can be started as well... One thing that should be known is that triac driving a bulb through a microcontroller should be switched on and off on zero crossings of the AC wave. For this a zero cross sensor circuit is required. Although this isn't entirely necessary, it sure makes the efficiency better, and saves the triac from running hot. I am ready to work on this and will require at most 12 hours to get this delivered to you. Although I don't have a triac to test it, I can test the PWM output and make sure it will work.
