Hi there
I need at least one experienced architect, preferably, with either Australia or Dubai experience, who can document in detail the business processes in architecture as well as write a performance level document, that will be used to monitor and review younger architects against a set of standards.
Please indicate which country you are familiar with. Also, if you can indicate if you have had experience mentoring and supporting younger architects and if so how you train and monitor them when they first start working under you. Please include the words 'leading is fun' in your response, so i know you have read the requirements correctly.
