Custom alerts/notifications for website changes

I'm looking for someone to create an interface for custom alerts on [url removed, login to view] Ideally it would check fare results for several requests a few times daily automatically, and then email notifications when/if specific conditions are met. ie Send email if (airport code) to (region selection) top result is less than ($800).
