We need a person to help create a system that would consist of the tables and forms for the marketing department's control console. This piece of the system would be used to enter all marketing items/literature into the appropriate tables supporting the system. The programmer needs to be able to create the tables (which we have designed) and the forms populated with grids, combo boxes, text fields etc - that would be used to input the data about the marketing literature into the system.
You will need to use mysql or msaccess or microsoft sql for the backend and visual basic 6 or vb.net for the programming language.
## Deliverables
The program would be utilized by numerous departments. The ad material would be inputed into the system by the marketing department. Once the material is in the system the sales staff would be able to view it on a new popup window in their system that would allow them to select items from the listing and add it to a media order to ship to the client.
An order would be make with the appropriate details from the sales person efforts and then the shipping department would ship the order to the client.
The first part of the system is the tables and form in the console that the marketing department would use to enter all the marketing items into the system.
The first grid would contain the following info and the date and time entered should be taken from the system clock when the item was entered in the form

The item id should be an auto-number assigned to the entry from the database engine.

The marketing department also desires to take the items that are entered into the above described (table and grid) and create/design packets of marketing material. These packets would also have names and be displayed in a very similar grid as discussed above. The packets would be created by creating a name for the packet and then double clicking on the appropriate items in the first grid which would copy the info over to the second grid that defines the informational packets.
