Convert small VB6 app to VB.Net

I have a small, working, VB6 database app written that needs to be converted to VB.Net. It contains 3 forms, 1 module, with a total of about 500 lines of code. I anticipate only a couple hours of work. I will require that the VB.Net app only uses the .NET Framework (no ActiveX controls), and no references to the [url removed, login to view] framework.
The main form has a TreeView list on the left of "folders", with a ListView control on the right of "items". Double clicking an item will pop up a details window where you can change 5 fields. A simple menu allows you to add items to a list (the third form), where you can save the list to a CSV file. Alternatively, you can print any single item to a label printer. The printing functions are contained in the module.
All original VB6 code and project files will be sent to winning bidder upon acceptance of the bid. The executable and database file can be viewed before bidding in the attached zip file.
## Deliverables
All code must be translated from VB6 to VB.Net. .NET shortcuts can be used (e.g. anchoring controls instead of writing resizing code, or utilizing the "application framework"), but no VB6 code may be copied verbatim. In addition, no "code snippets" may be used that have been written by other coders.
