Activate VB.NET TreeListView

We have a VB.NET project which is using the TreeListView control. See [login to view URL] All the nodes are configured and we now need one function to update the node values based on the content of variable. We need to have related variable updated when the user changes the content on a node. We need a function that will update the nodes based on the content of the related variables.
