Desktop Timed Flash Launcher

This is basicaly a small app that will run on the users desktop launch a Flash (swf or exe) that will play a short (about 20 seconds) video of an excersize every 20 minutes. Once each flash is completed it will reset the timer for another 20 minutes. There will be 60 or so flashes and the program must keep track of where it left off day to day, even if it is closed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Must: Be something that the client can open daily Run in tast bar or on desktop or both Lauch a swf or a Flash Projector (or possible launch a splash page that would launch the flash on a button click) Every 20 minutes from last completed flash Keep track of which of the 60some flashes that it played last so if it is closed it can start up where it left off Have some sort of skip button Be cross platform (OsX and windows) Would like it to: Be able to take orders from the flash (so the skip button could be in the flashes instead external) Have and icon that floats semi transparent over everything (similar to a widget) We will: Create the flash movies (each individualy or as one whichever is best) Provide the icons and graphics Due Date: Before April 15th This is my first time using this site and I am open to any suggestions as to how this can be done / done better than I have imagined it.
