Convert Word Docs to HTML

I have a total of 4 Word documents which I need a confident person to layout for me in html. Each Word document is roughly 11 pages in length and are in 2 different languages. These are legal documents in the form of terms and conditions so they have to be converted precisely, no shortcuts, no mistakes. I need the body of the text to sit in a 550 pixel wide table and be formatted almost the same as the original word document. The html pages should be named the same name as the original word doc with the exception of .doc, it should have a .html ending on it. I have attached the documents, please review them before bidding. If you complete this project, I will have another 8 WORD DOCS for you to complete. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
