Data scraping and posting

I need a script solution or simliar to have 3 classifieds sites scraped continuously for new adverts every hour and post these new adverts to my existing site automatically. These 3 sites contain classified ads that I want posted to my site continuously. This cannot be done manually.

The advert data that is to be posted to my site (description, contact details, price and photos etc) should be in real time and contain correct data information, this is critical. I constantly check the integrity of the posted ads for errors.

There are 11 fields on my site that are required to post an ad and at least 1 photo less than 300kb and renamed from the original photo name.

Your solution must be tested as fully working and reliable by me before the final milestone is released

Your automatic classified posting solution needs to be reliable LONG TERM. This will be reflected on your feedback.

There will 1 initial milestone of 10% of the winning bid, the winning bidder will be paid in full at the satisfactory completion of the job. The price of the winning bid is not re-negotiable.
