Clean, Function Web 2.0 Design Work + AJAX coding Needed - small application, 3 pages.

I am creating a new site that I intend to do all the PHP/MySQL database coding for. I have already created rough HTML mockups of the layout I want for the 2 main parts of the site - now I need a talented designer to make them look great. I am having a logo professionally created that I will be able to show you on 8/31. That will only affect the color choices for this project, which should be easily changed. In addition to the HTML & graphic design work, I will require a minimal amount of AJAX work done. The AJAX needs to be visually functional but will not need to interact with a database - I will do that part. No frameworks. It should work/look the same in IE and FireFox.

## Deliverables

3 HTML pages with the requested working AJAX controls At least 1 CSS file that all 3 pages use Any necessary graphics 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
